How do workspace limits and prompt limits work?
BabyPenguin uses both workspace limits and prompt limits. Here is what each one means.
Two types of limits
Each plan includes both a workspace limit and a prompt limit. They control different things.
Workspace limit
This is the maximum number of workspaces you can create on your account. Starter includes 1 workspace, Pro includes 2, and Ultra includes 4.
Prompt limit
This is the maximum number of active prompts you can track across your account. Starter includes 50, Pro includes 150, and Ultra includes 400. Archived prompts do not count toward the limit.
Why both matter
You can hit one limit without hitting the other. You may have plenty of prompt capacity but no room for a new workspace, or vice versa. When planning your account structure, look at both numbers together.
How to use this information
Before adding a new workspace, check whether your prompt allocation will fit. Before activating new prompts, check whether your active count is close to the limit. If either one is forcing bad operational decisions, that is the signal to upgrade.
