Why is my visibility score 0?
Common reasons for low or zero visibility scores and how to fix them.
Possible causes
Your prompts have not run yet
Newly added prompts take a few minutes to run. If you just signed up, wait 10–15 minutes and refresh the dashboard.
Your brand is not being detected
Make sure your brand name is spelled correctly and that you have added all common synonyms under Dashboard → Brands. AI models may refer to your brand by different variations.
Your prompts mention you directly
If your prompts ask "Tell me about Brand X", the AI will obviously talk about you. Tracking prompts should ask the AI to recommend something, not ask about you specifically.
You are genuinely not visible
If your brand really does not appear in AI responses for your tracked prompts, that is the problem you need to solve. Use the GEO Audit and Citations pages to understand which content sources AI uses, then build content and citations around those sources.
