What Sync Results does
Sync Results manually pulls in newly available AI response data for your workspace. It is useful when you want a fresher read instead of waiting for the next automatic refresh.
When to use it
- After adding new prompts and you want to see initial results faster.
- After making changes to your brand or competitors and want updated data.
- Before a meeting or report when you want the most current numbers.
What to expect
A sync can ingest new results, but it does not guarantee dramatic movement. Sometimes the outcome is simply that no meaningful new data was found — that is normal.
How to interpret the outcome
If sync adds new results, re-check Overview, Prompts, and Citations to see what changed. If little or nothing changes, that usually means the underlying tracked landscape has not shifted yet.
What it does not do
Sync does not generate new insights or recommendations. It only refreshes the underlying data layer so your reports reflect the latest state.
