Active, Suggested, and Inactive prompts
Prompts can be in three states. Here is what each one means and when to use it.
The three prompt statuses
Active
Active prompts are currently being tracked. AI models receive these prompts on the regular schedule, and the results feed into your dashboards.
Suggested
Suggested prompts are recommendations BabyPenguin generates from your workspace context. They are not tracked until you choose to activate them. Use them to expand coverage when you spot gaps.
Inactive
Inactive prompts are archived. They are no longer tracked, but they remain in your history and can be restored later if needed.
How to use the statuses well
Use Suggested for discovery, Active for your current core tracking set, and Inactive for cleanup. Archive prompts that are outdated, redundant, or no longer strategically relevant — this keeps the active workspace focused.
