Why can't I activate more prompts?

You have hit your plan's prompt limit. Here is how to free up space or expand capacity.

Why activation is blocked

The most common reason is that your workspace or account has reached its prompt limit.

How limits work

Each plan includes a fixed number of active prompts. The Starter plan includes 50, Pro includes 150, and Ultra includes 400. If your workspace is full, you cannot activate additional prompts until you free up space or upgrade.

What to check

Go to Dashboard → Prompts to see your current active count. If you have multiple workspaces, check each one — capacity is allocated per workspace.

What to do next

  • Archive low-value prompts — Free up space by archiving prompts that are no longer providing strong signal.
  • Reassign capacity — If one workspace is full but another has unused capacity, move tracking effort to where the room is.
  • Upgrade your plan — If your strategy genuinely needs more tracked prompts, upgrade to the next tier.

This is a capacity issue, not a bug. If activation is blocked, check the count first before assuming something is broken.
