Why am I not seeing any data yet?
New workspaces take time to populate. Here is how to make sure data is on its way.
Most common reason: the workspace is too new
It takes a few minutes after adding prompts for the first results to come in. If you just finished onboarding, give it a little time.
What to check
- Onboarding is complete — Make sure you finished all setup steps.
- Prompts are active — Confirm that you have at least a few active prompts in Dashboard → Prompts.
- Subscription gate — Make sure your account is past any subscription or trial gating.
What else could cause it
If your workspace exists but prompt tracking is minimal or your brand setup is weak, your dashboard can still look thin even when everything is technically working.
What to do
Make sure your workspace has a meaningful prompt set, then trigger Sync Results. If there are still no meaningful results after that, the issue may be your prompt strategy rather than a problem with the platform.
