Why is a workspace missing or empty?
A missing or empty workspace usually comes from being in the wrong workspace, an access issue, or filter state.
Common causes
- You are in the wrong workspace.
- The workspace was archived.
- You do not have access to the workspace you expected.
- The workspace was never created.
What to check first
Click the workspace switcher in the top-left corner. Make sure you are looking at the workspace you intended.
If the workspace exists but looks empty
- Confirm that brand information is filled in correctly.
- Make sure active prompts are assigned to the workspace.
- Check the date range filter — a narrow range can hide existing data.
- Reset all filters and start broad.
If the workspace is genuinely missing
Contact your workspace admin to confirm you were invited to the correct workspace and that the invite was accepted.
