Managing roles and permissions
Understand the difference between Admin and Member roles and what each can do.
Roles overview
BabyPenguin has two workspace roles:
Admin
- Full access to all workspace settings.
- Can invite and remove members.
- Can edit brands, prompts, personas, and topics.
- Can manage billing and subscription.
Member
- Can view all dashboards and reports.
- Can edit prompts, personas, and topics.
- Cannot invite or remove team members.
- Cannot access billing settings.
Changing a role
From the Members page, click on a member to open their settings and change their role. The change takes effect immediately.
Best practice
Keep at least two admins per workspace to avoid being locked out if one admin leaves the team.
