Inviting team members

Add colleagues to your workspace so everyone on your team can monitor AI visibility together.

How to invite team members

  1. Go to Dashboard → Members.
  2. Click Invite member.
  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
  4. Choose their role: Admin or Member.
  5. Click Send invite.

Accepting an invite

The invited person will receive an email with a link to join your workspace. If they do not have a BabyPenguin account yet, they will be prompted to create one before joining.

Removing members

From the Members page, click the menu next to a member and select Remove. They will lose access immediately.

Pending invites

Pending invites are listed at the bottom of the Members page. You can resend or revoke them at any time.
