Prompt
A tracked question sent to AI models to evaluate visibility.
Topic
A grouping used to organize prompts by subject area.
Persona
A grouping used to organize prompts by audience or decision-maker perspective.
Tag
A custom label you apply to prompts for flexible filtering.
Location
The country assigned to a prompt for regional analysis.
Citation
A specific URL referenced in an AI answer.
Source
The domain behind one or more citations.
Brand
A company or product surfaced inside tracked answers.
Average position
A measure of how prominently your brand appears when it is included in an AI answer.
Sentiment
A score from 0–100 showing whether your brand is described positively, neutrally, or negatively.
Suggested prompt
A recommended prompt generated from your workspace context that can be reviewed before activation.
Active prompt
A prompt currently included in your tracking setup.
Inactive prompt
A prompt that has been archived and is no longer tracked.
