Filtering reports by model, country, topic, persona, or tag
Filters turn a broad report into a useful segment. Here is how to use them without misleading yourself.
What each filter does
- Models — Compare visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok individually.
- Countries — See how visibility differs by region.
- Topics and personas — Analyze visibility by intent or audience segment.
- Tags — Build custom groupings across prompts.
- Date range — See trends over a specific window.
Why filtering matters
Without filtering, strong prompt groups can hide weak ones. A blended dashboard may look healthy even if one important persona, market, or topic is underperforming badly.
Best practice
Start broad. Use all models and a long date range first. Then isolate one topic, one persona, one country, or one provider to find weak spots and strong spots.
Important note
Every filtered view changes the meaning of the metrics on the page. Always interpret the numbers as "within this filtered slice," not as the universal truth for the whole workspace.
