Why don't I see what my teammates see?
You and a teammate may be in the same workspace but seeing different data because of filter or workspace settings.
Common reasons
Two people can both be inside BabyPenguin and still be looking at completely different views. The cause is almost always one of three things.
1. Different workspace
Confirm that you and your teammate are in the same workspace. Click the workspace name in the top-left to check.
2. Different filters
Compare the filters on your dashboard: date range, AI model, topic, persona, country, and tags. Even one different filter can change the entire story.
3. Different access scope
If your teammate has access to additional workspaces or admin features that you do not, their view may include data that is not visible to your account.
Best next step
Before assuming something is wrong, share screenshots or compare your workspace, page, and filter settings directly. The discrepancy is almost always a filter mismatch, not a bug.
