What is the difference between Overview, Brands, Citations, All Sources, and Chats?
Each dashboard page answers a different question. Here is how to choose which one to use.
Each page has a different job
Overview
The summary dashboard. Overview tells you the high-level story — visibility, top brands, top sources, model performance, and trends. Use it to detect change.
Brands
Tells you which brands appear most often in tracked answers and how they compare. Use it to see who is winning.
Citations
Shows the specific URLs cited inside AI answers. Use it for granular source analysis.
All Sources
Groups citation data at the domain level. Use it to spot patterns like reliance on review sites, editorial sites, forums, or your own domain.
Chats
Shows the actual AI response content. Use it to validate what the metrics mean in practice.
How to move between them
Use Overview to detect change. Use Brands to see who is winning. Use Citations and All Sources to understand why. Use Chats to inspect the exact answer behind the numbers.
