Cancelling or changing plans
How to cancel your subscription or switch to a different plan, and what happens to your data.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel subscription.
What happens after you cancel
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. After that, your workspace becomes read-only and you can no longer add new prompts or run new tracking. Your historical data is preserved.
Reactivating
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription anytime by selecting a plan from the Billing page. Your data and settings will be exactly as you left them.
Switching plans
To switch plans, click Change plan on the Billing page and select the new tier. Upgrades are effective immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
